Choosing a Shipping Method
You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. For most products, Arcapelshop.com will offer you a choice of three shipping methods on the Order Information page at checkout. Note that if every item in your order has the Free Shipping sticker, you won't need to select shipping – Arcapelshop.com will automatically ship through the best method based on the order size and destination.

Standard Shipping from Europe ( No CUSTOM)
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 15-20 days. All standard shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination. (Note: Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.)

Super Saver Shipping
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in15 - 30 days. The longer delivery time is necessary to offer you the lowest possible shipping fees. Please be aware that order tracking may not always be available with this option.
Before we can ship your order, Arcapelshop.com has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package items. The duration of preparing your items for shipping and the delivery time is the total time to receive your order.

Items with the Free Shipping sticker have zero shipping costs regardless of your location. We choose the shipping method best suited to the package size and shipping destination. Please note that we will automatically ship packages via Super Saver Shipping (15 - 30 days) if:
• Your order totals less than US$50.
• Your order weighs over 2 kg
Note:UPS, FedEx or DHL might in some cases apply a "remote area charge". This is very rare but can happen when your delivery address is too far from main logistics centers.
To protect customers from having to pay the charge and avoid unnecessary delays, Arcapel reserves the right to switch your courier choice to another major courier (EMS ) that doesn't have this surcharge.
If your address is a remote area for the courier of your choice and you do not want Arcapel to switch it please specify in the order comments "must be by DHL" etc and in such cases if there is a remote area charge we will contact you to discuss it.
Shipping insurance: Shipping insurance offer premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We'll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported lost or damaged.

This product is in stock and is ready for shipment within 3-4 working days. Please note that if you choose the payment method cash in advance the shipment takes place after we receive your payment, the product will be reserved for you by giving up the order.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released.

Estimated Delivery Time
All orders must be processed before they are shipped. The total time to receive your Arcapelshop.com order is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time. Please use the chart below to help gauge how long it will take to receive your order.
As we have such a wide range of products, processing time differs from category to category and depending on where you're located.
View the total shipping costs for the items in your product details and also in your card.
We inform you in real time about the status of your order. You will get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel is picked up by the carrier. To track your parcel online, you will get an email with the carrier name, your parcel number and all the tracking information.
- If your order is composed of in stock and out of stock products, the shipping delivery time might be longer since we will wait for the products to arrive in our warehouse to ship your parcel. This rule applies to orders composed of in stock and soon in stock products also.
- Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, the shipment will take place after payment reception.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
- When you place an order at Arcapelshop.com, we jump into action to help ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping time frames. If you need to delete an item, reduce a quantity or cancel your order, please contact directly our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, in our effort to prevent delays, the time left to cancel or modify an order is very short. As long as your order has not been treated yet, you may cancel or modify it .
Don't worry if we have already placed your order: Our easy Return & Exchange Policy means returning a purchase is always easy at Arcapelshop's.*
We are unable to add items, or increase the quantity of items, on an order that has already been submitted. If you would like to add new items to your order, or increase the quantity of the items you've purchased, please place a new order at Arcapelshop .com.
Please note: We will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once your order status is listed as "Processed" that's mean You order is on it's way. It has left the warehouse.
*Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.
How do I return or exchange a product?
If your purchase does not suit you, you have the right to send it back within 7 days of receipt for money back or shop voucher. All we ask is that PRIOR to shipment you ask for a Return Authorization Number (RMA number). You can find the link to the contact form for RMA numbers in your order history right below the product you wish to return [Need to return this product?] Please note that no reason is required to return your purchase and the right to revocation exists even if the goods are not defective.
What are the conditions?
All returns must be in original packaging, complete and with copy of original invoice and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number attached. Only items that are in saleable condition are eligible for return.The right of revocation has to be exercised within 7 days of receipt by using the RMA form available in your account section Order history. The cost of the return is at the customer’s expense.
Storage devices, in particular blank media, cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened.
How to proceed?
Once you want to return the product, just write a message in the RMA form in your order history.Once you’ve got an answer to your RMA request, send us back the parcel including a copy of your invoice (always keep the original invoice for further requests).

Once the carrier has received your item, you should receive your refund in 15-30 business days.
What if my product is defective?
We work with well-known suppliers and outstanding brands. However, defects may occur. We will cooperate with you in order to solve the problem as fast as possible.Please note that in some cases, the defective product may just need some adjustments in order to work properly. So, please, contact our customer service or eventually the manufacturer before returning back the product.
If your product is clearly defective on arrival, contact us within 10 days of receipt by using the RMA form in your order history. For complete instructions on returns, see our returns policy page.
If the defect occurs later on, the manufacturer warranty may apply. In any cases, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible for instructions at email@example.com .
What if my shipment is damaged?
All products are well packed to avoid the shipping damage and we do our best to protect the products we ship. However, in case you receive a damaged product, please open a complaint directly to the courier who delivered the goods ,make some pictures and contact our customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Refusing Delivery of Damaged Items
If you receive your parcel open or damaged outside, first, refuse delivery and then contact our customer service right away to report the problem.
Post Delivery Damage Discovery
If you realize you received a damaged product after accepting delivery, contact our customer service immediately for instructions on claiming delivery damage to the carrier.
