I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Arcapelshop.com, and I've made many purchases. I've bought a computer, memory cards, headphones, an MP3 player, and a portable hard drive - to name a few.

Even though I try not to make it the only factor in my buying decisions, I must admit that price first brought me to Arcapelshop.com. I came across them via an online search engine while shopping for electronics, and the price they offered was about the lowest offered. Since then, I've bought many things, and they continue to offer among the lowest prices available for the items I'm purchasing.

Another huge factor for me is shipping costs. Rightly or wrongly, an offer of free shipping always gets my interest! Virtually every item I've purchased from Arcapelshop.com has come with free shipping. The items for which I have paid shipping have had reasonable costs.

I've also been extremely pleased with the speed of shipping. Many of my items have come before I expected them to arrive - including some last minute items before Christmas of 2010. I can only recall one item that arrived a day or two later than expected. Order fulfillment has been completely accurate in my experience.

The quality of my purchased items has been uniformly high. Everything I've bought has been as expected - or better! The laptop computer I purchased as a refurbished model, but you'd never know it from the packaging, condition, and operation. It's been an excellent computer, and saved me over $230 over a comparable new model.

The one company division with which I've had little experience has been Customer Service. There hasn't really been any reason for me to talk to them! The web site is well done

J'achète tout sur arcapelshop. Du livre au accessoires pour la maison en passant par l'électro-ménager, les jouets pour Noel. Depuis qq années, finies les files d'attente dans les magasins parisiens. Je suis une pro amazone.

J'attends avec impatience qu'ils élargissent leur gamme de produits. Absolument indispensable.

This company has an amazing selection of products and their prices are incredible. They sell just about everything I could possibly need or want from adapters through to phones, cameras and even laser pointers and MP3 players.

Great website. Nicely designed and well laid out without the adverts that suddenly pop up and get in the way. Site loads really quick to which is an added bonus …

Très grand choix, très bonnes descriptions des produits, très rapide et surtout en cas de "problème" un service commercial réellement au service du client, ce qui est de plus en plus rare, et donc de plus en plus précieux !!!
